Hot stone and Chakra Balancing Reflexology
Treatment time 60 Minutes £45
After getting comfortable and cocooned on the couch with heated blanket and duvet we start with an aromatherapy inhalation and chakra analysis. Crystals will then be chosen specifically for your needs and placed on the body to work on any imbalanced areas. Your feet are wrapped in steamy hot towels to cleanse and relax. I then start off the treatment with some soothing and relaxation techniques using hot basalt stones to calm your system, I then work all over the feet, ankles and lower legs with varied pressure techniques as you drift into a blissful calm.
What is reflexology?
